Business Analyst / System Analyst

На данный момент Business Analyst / System Analyst.

Мои компетенции и опыт

Hello,

My name is Khantemir, and I am a Business analyst / Systems Analyst with over 3 years of experience in IT. I help translate business needs into clear requirements for development by analyzing business processes, designing user scenarios, defining APIs and data structures, and supporting tasks through testing.

My experience includes projects in EdTech and online media. I have worked with User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, BPMN, UML, REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Postman. I have also used Figma to design and refine user interfaces.

At Be Smart, I worked on the digitalization of university processes. The automation of certificate issuance reduced the time required to obtain a certificate from one business day to just 10 minutes. At Kinopoisk, I contributed to the development of personalized recommendations and the “Films for You” feature, helping increase CTR from 8% to 11%.

I believe I can bring value to your team by helping bridge the gap between business needs, user scenarios, and technical implementation.

Best regards,
Khantemir Torobaev
