In my current role, I lead B2C lending products and a cross-functional team of 20 people, owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap to delivery and optimization. My recent results include increasing loan applications by 37%, improving customer retention by 62%, and reducing experiment launch time from 3-4 weeks to under 5 days.

Previously, I worked on mortgage, rewards, marketplaces, automation, and AI-powered products at Tinkoff and Leroy Merlin. Alongside my corporate experience, I built and launched my own 0-to-1 sports platform in the UAE, taking it from customer research and product design to production and real users.
