Finance operations and client services professional with two years of experience in the Czech financial services industry.

At Partners, I worked with approximately 70 clients across investments, lending, pensions, insurance, banking and savings products. I prepared comprehensive financial plans for around 20 clients and supported investments totalling approximately CZK 2 million.

My responsibilities included analysing clients’ financial situations, preparing calculations and reports, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating documentation and applications with banks and insurance companies, and resolving client and partner requests. I also trained new colleagues and coordinated a team of five consultants.

I studied Business Administration, including accounting, corporate finance and statistics. I am a native Russian speaker, fluent in Czech, and have intermediate English (B1), which I am actively improving.

I am interested in Finance Operations, financial reporting, payment operations and FinTech. I am currently developing my practical knowledge of reconciliation, management accounting and treasury operations.
