I worked as a financial consultant and team lead in Prague. My work combined client communication and daily operations: understanding client needs, preparing calculations and documents, coordinating requests with banks and insurance companies, and providing ongoing support after products were set up.

I managed around 70 client relationships, including about 20 clients with complex financial portfolios, and worked with approximately CZK 2 million in client investments. I also supported a team of five consultants and helped train new colleagues.

I am now looking for a remote client support or operations role in FinTech or SaaS. I am comfortable working with CRM records, documents, spreadsheets and client requests. I speak Russian and Czech fluently. My English is B1 and I am actively improving it.
