After graduating and gaining experience in banks, I worked in two small startups in GameDev and have been working in HR for 6 years now, I am currently working as a recruiter for an international advertising and marketing company whose product is based in the US.

Previously I worked in the GameDev industry, at the company - payment provider in games, we were recruiting and hiring IT professionals for product teams. Through working in the HR department, I was able to handle a variety of tasks in this area including: conflict resolution, training program, market research on salary expectations of candidates, analytics, and presentation preparation. In an interview, I like to use behavioral interview techniques to determine cultural fit with the team.

I am constantly on the go, always looking for stimulation in both my work and personal life. If I had to describe myself in four adjectives, I would say I am an ambitious, curious, creative and kind person.
